Sustainability strategy for the D-A-CH division of a food company with over 80,000 employees
The D-A-CH division of the company needed a suitable sustainability strategy that could be integrated into the global strategy. In addition to target and measure setting, other focal points of the project were the implementation and capacity building of the employees by carrying out special trainings.
Objective / Service applied
In addition to the development of a sustainability strategy, corresponding internal communication concepts were developed and department-specific sustainability training courses were designed and held.
Solution / Project results
Through the workshop series developed specifically for the company and the implementation of the internal communication concepts, the sustainability competence of those involved was significantly increased.
